What should you provide ?

• Please send your AF, CV, reference forms and scanned transcripts by Email
  

• All application file must contain the following documents:

1. Application Form
2. FAME CV template
3. A certified copy of your passport or identification card
   
4. Academic transcripts and certificates of previous studies indicating courses, examination results, and explanation of the Grading System
   
• School-leaving certificate giving the right of entry to higher education in the applicant's home country    
  
• All university end-of-year exam certificates (with individual grades)
• University diploma or degree certificate indicating the final grade(s) and ranking if available
• Copies of certificates must be officially authenticated as true with stamp and signature of Embassy, Consulate, or the university which conferred the degree. Original certificates will not be needed until registration at the universities.
5. 2 reference forms filled in and sent by airmail AND email by 2 qualified professors of your home universities or from professionals of your home country
• Electronic versions MUST be sent by email by the references, but a signed copy MUST also be sent in your pack
• Recommendation letters DO NOT replace the FAME template Reference Form!
  
6. Proof of your English proficiency : TOEFL or IELTS score or, for English speaking countries, English language certificate indicating English is your medium of instruction and signed by your University.
   
• If TOEFL institution code is needed, please use 6050 for Grenoble or 7865 for Augsburg
• Paper-based TOEFL min. score: 550 - Computer-based TOEFL min. score: 213 - IBT: min 79 points
• IELTS: min. 6.0 - TOEIC: min 750 points

8. Documents related to periods of practical training or work experience, if appropriate
